Regulatory statement
BST FS Tech Platform is supplied to BuySure Trust & Insurance Services GB Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 306038).
The FCA does not approve technology. This statement identifies the authorised firm to which the technology is supplied; it does not describe the platform as FCA approved or certified.
Human judgement stays central.
BuySure sets rules, approves promotions and decides exceptions. Proposed AI checks are intended to flag issues for review, not replace the principal’s responsibilities or guarantee a compliant outcome.
Data controls: the intended design.
The business document specifies London hosting, encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access and an audit record. The hosting migration and related oversight capabilities are planned work, not current assurances of deployment or independent validation.
A clear boundary between
built and in build.
AI file checking, pre-submission gates, call review, onboarding controls and the Oversight dashboard are listed as work to build. Their intended checks do not establish that testing or independent certification has taken place.
BuySure owns client data. The documented service design provides for return of that data when the service ends and states that client data is not to be used to train models.
