BST FS Tech Platform brings the broker network’s customer journey and business flow around one shared data record.
From client enquiry
to business flow.
The platform is designed to connect appointed representative (AR) websites, client areas, case checking, policy activity and commission, rather than treating each as an isolated process.
Two dashboard views sit at the heart of that vision: Business Flow for product activity, and the planned Oversight dashboard for files, exceptions and network risk.
Who does what
Technology provision
The technology provider builds, hosts and runs the platform and AR websites, supplying the service to BuySure under a services agreement.
BuySure
The FCA-authorised principal sets rules, approves promotions, decides exceptions, appoints ARs and owns client data.
Trent-Services
Binds policies, issues policy numbers, collects Direct Debits and handles claims.
An AR’s identity
remains its own.
Appointed representatives retain their domains, email and content. The technology service does not host AR email or take ownership of AR intellectual property.
BuySure holds approval rights over pages promoting regulated products. When an AR leaves, its domain and email remain its own; BuySure product, branding and client-area connections are switched off.
